A hot meal. Clean water from a pump near home. A child back in school. We help families in Pakistan, Palestine and beyond with the things that make tomorrow possible.
Open right now: Sadaqah Jariyah Community Wells Fund
Alif is the first letter of the Arabic alphabet. We picked the name because that is how we think about giving. Big changes start small: one food pack, one water pump, one school fee paid on time.
We work with families who are going through the hardest stretch of their lives. Our job is to get help to them quickly, treat them with respect, and tell you honestly what your money did.
Pick the work that matters most to you. Your donation stays with it.

Step 1
Pick a campaign, or a country and cause, and we'll show you what's open.
Step 2
Zakat, Sadaqah, Ushr or a general gift. Then the amount, any amount.
Step 3
You'll pay on Stripe's secure page. We never see your card number.
Families are living without enough food, water or medicine. We fund relief through partners who can reach them, and we only share updates once they're confirmed.
Everything in PalestineRations for families on daily wages, water in villages that have none, school for children who'd otherwise be working, and care when someone falls ill.
Everything in PakistanPick a campaign and an amount. You'll see everything again before you pay, including whether it's Zakat, Sadaqah or a general gift.
The amounts are only suggestions. Any amount helps, and nothing is charged until you confirm on the payment page.
We're not going to fill this space with big numbers we can't prove. As each campaign reports back, the checked figures will appear on its page.

Your gift goes to the campaign you choose. Zakat and Ushr sit in their own separate funds and are only spent on programmes that qualify. If a campaign is fully funded or can't go ahead, we move general gifts to the closest similar work in the same country, and we say so when we report.
Payments go through Stripe. Your gift is only marked as received once Stripe confirms it, and refunds are handled the same way.
How we handle donationsPick a campaign and give what you can. It takes about two minutes.
