How do I give?
Pick a campaign, choose the type of gift and the amount, add your details, check everything, then pay on Stripe's secure page. You'll get a receipt by email once the payment is confirmed.
Which currencies can I give in?
The ones shown on the donation form. We only show currencies we can actually accept.
Are fees added to my donation?
No. Nothing is added at checkout.
How is my Zakat handled?
It goes into a separate Zakat fund and is only offered on campaigns confirmed as Zakat-eligible. It's never mixed with general funds.
Can I give anonymously?
Yes. Tick "Don't show my name publicly". We still need your details privately to process the payment and send your receipt.
I made a mistake. Can I get a refund?
Contact us with your reference as soon as you can and we'll sort it out. Refunds go back to the card you used.
