• When you donate: your name, email, the campaign, type and amount, and any message you add. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page; we never receive or store them.
• When you create an account: your name, email and a securely scrambled password.
• When you contact us: your name, email and message.
• To keep the site safe: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used to stop abuse.

What we use it for

• Recording your donation, sending your receipt and keeping the financial records the law requires.
• Showing your donations and receipts in your dashboard.
• Replying to you.
• Sending updates, only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the site, such as Stripe and our hosting provider, or where the law requires it. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Donation records are kept as long as financial rules require [period, to be confirmed]. Everything else only as long as it’s needed.
